Safety and Training Apps for the FAA
Improving air travel safety through internationalization and automatic language presentation.
An active, ongoing project
LikableLogic has established an active account on Grants.gov for the purpose of submitting proposals for projects funded by the federal government, and we will submit proposals to the FAA through it. We hope this work will receive federal funding.
We are pressing forward to completion either way. Even if we do not receive funding, and even without the FAA’s official stamp of approval, these apps will be developed as a proof of concept and sent to the FAA.

LikableLogic has harnessed the technology developed for ThompsonSoftware.tech, showcased in the video “Demonstration of Proper Website Functionality.”
The video has no voice-over narration, and it shouldn’t need one. Getting this demonstration to market as soon as possible matters more, because the work is so important.
Content in the visitor’s own language
The demonstration shows content being presented automatically in each user’s preferred language. Whatever language the visitor’s web browser or system is set to, the website reads that setting and presents its content in that language.
Android and iPhone web apps
LikableLogic has developed Android and iPhone web apps for pilot training, maintenance training, and passenger safety training.
One standard, in every language
Training videos should be the same for all airlines across the country and around the world. They should also be presented automatically in the language of each user’s first preference, because understanding the content is paramount.

Although LikableLogic is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, membership in the messages section is managed through the Memberful plug-in, which reduces the likelihood of spam and bots on the forum.
